No 39 - CLARK LITTLE
Be right in the moment with this incredible wave shot by world-renowned water photographer Clark Little. Little captured this wave, exclusivley for Whisper, just as it arced and framed the rising sun on a calm, windless morning on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. “There’s a 10-minute window at sunrise where the surf is curling over, the sun is reflected around the tube and they come together as one,” he says. The name of the photo, “Hana Hou,” comes from the Hawaiian language. It’s an appreciative response, the equivalent of “bravo.” More than one million people follow Clark Little on Instagram, and its easy to see why- as he captures the majesty, power and sheer beauty of a wave the way no one else can. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity signed and numbered by the artist. Read more about Little and his work on The Hourglass.
