Skye Parrott
Photographer Skye Parrott was born in New York and at 21 moved to Paris, where she worked as Nan Goldin’s studio manager and as the managing editor of Self Service. She is the co-founder and creative director of Dossier. She now lives in Brooklyn and shoots for clients such as Ikea, Sony BMG, Aesop, A.P.C., and Nike.
In addition to working commercially, her personal work has been exhibited in solo and group shows throughout the U.S. and Europe, and she consults on projects as a curator and creative director. She is the co-founder and creative director of Dossier, a creative collective which publishes a biannual arts and fashion journal, creates events and content, and publishes a cultural website, Dossierjournal.com.
